You do not need an account to use any of these, and using them never changes what you pay, which is nothing.
Do not sell or share my personal information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We also do not currently share it for cross context behavioural advertising. If that ever changes, this page becomes a working switch before it changes, not after.
See what we hold about you
Email privacy@goodvendor.com and ask. We will confirm who you are and answer within 45 days.
Delete my information
Same address. One thing worth knowing before you ask: answers a vendor wrote to your questions stay on file, with your name removed. Vendors are held to their response times and their answers, and letting either side erase that history would make the record meaningless.
Stop the emails and texts
Every email has an unsubscribe link and every text takes STOP. Turning off marketing does not turn off the message telling you a vendor answered your question, because that one is the product rather than promotion.
Appeal a decision
If we refuse a request you can appeal, to the same address, and a person who was not involved the first time will look at it.
